Formula to drag data horizontally in reference to a vertical set of data

Hi,
I am new to this forum and need help from you
I am stuck with a problem in Excel.
I have two sheet - Sheet 1 and 2
The vertical data set in Sheet 2 needs to be placed horizontally in sheet 1 without copy paste but automatically.

I was manually referencing the cells previously. But that is time consuming and dragging is not working. Because I want A1, A2, A3 from sheet 2, however while dragging I am getting A1, B1, C1 etc. Is there any formula so that whenever any change is being made in sheet 2 it would automatically get reflected in sheet 1?
Or any formula which can help in dragging the horizontal cells in sheet 1 in reference to the vertical cells in sheet 2.

Example: Sheet 1

X 12% 13% 17%
Y 19% 10% 15%
Z 18% 16% 14%
