    hello

    Hello All,
I am new to this forum, I found this forum very useful plus helpful and I have learnt a lot from this website.
I am currently trying to find a code to automatically send an email to someone from excel when the user saves the file. the excel file is located in a shared drive where a team of staff has access to it. but in order to make sure who has last amended the file, I need an automated email sent. I have used the code from previous posts which is fantastic and works well, but only the problem I have is when I save the file a pop up window appears which reads 'a program is trying to send email.....' allow deny help.
it seems some staff clicks on deny and the email is not sent. is there a way that this pop up window does not prompt and email is sent as soon as someone saves the file without knowing?
your help would be greatly appreciated.
