sum up of various years,months and days

sir,

iam working in humar resources i want to calculate employee details as per dates i am searching for a solution.

i want to calculate working experience of employees in various dates. i used formula =DATEDIF(H1381,I1381,"y") & " yrs, " & DATEDIF(H1381,I1381,"ym") & " M, " & DATEDIF(H1381,I1381,"md") & " Dys" and got the result.

Now i want to sum up the resultant years,months and days (eg; j5= 4 years, 5 months,10 days, j6 = 13 years, 11 months,28 days and so on).
kindly any one can guide me in this reagrd with a suitable formula in excel
