Help & Hints needed so I can (a) make new friends and (b) become more efficient in Excel

Hi Ya

I'm trying to learn both Excel and Access 2010, as I can't travel to London to go on courses (I went on Excel, Access and VBA 2003 courses) and I'd like to go back with the same training company.

I've joined forums and bought myself the Access and Excel 2010 dummies books which are fab.

But whilst at work, I encounter issues that I am sure can get resolved much quicker with help (online and it does make a huge difference).

I'd appreciate any tips/user help in getting Excel better too :-)
