I'm dipaolap and work as the Project Controls Manager for a C4ISR Infrastructure Alteration, Installation, and Technology. We are on a SPAWAR Competitive Multiple Award IDIQ Task Order Contract. We do the biggest majority of our work with Excel Workbooks. We extract information from MS Project, Excel Workbooks, and data pulls from CostPoint. We have been trying to automate as much of the process as we can and with the help of previous Queries here on Excel Forum we have been able to shorten process for acquiring data by 4 days which provides us with 3 days of analysis time before our weekly report to the Government is due.
