HELP with 3 variable graph

hello there
im making my graphs to include for my end-of-med-school thesis paper and i need some help

i have to make a correlation between ABSI score 4-16 with surgery or not (and probably here also go number of patients)
and then from those operated... the survivors and the deceased

i dont even know what type of graph to use to be able to represent all of this....is this even POSSIBLE?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Grand total: 56 120 23 33

THOSE LEFT BLANK ARE INTENTIONALLY SO because they are not-operated patients so they cant have a number in the last 2 categories but in case you need to add one to make a graph, 0's can be added.

i have also attached my whole excel document with all of my patient's information
under the sheet named "ABSI" is what i attempted at this graph.. but it doesnt include the last part...with the survivors/deceased
AND i dont even know if this is a good, representative way for myexcelbasel.xlsb graph anyway
