Cost matrix matching and retreiving data

I am Manager of Advanced Engineering currently working in Asia Pacific. I work with specification and implementation of Advanced technologies in the Automotive world.

I have a spreadsheet with multiple pages i use for quote equipment. just to set the stage, i have 9 rows, each with drop down list for selecting different options for molds. Once selected, if every criteria in one of these rows matches a certain row of criteria in the "cost matrix" i want to copy the cost at the end of that row into he quote sheet. I have tried with the IF & AND function combined but run out of available formula before entering all of the options. Can someone give me an idea to try, either VBA or conventional?
