I'll post my problem under 'other platforms' under the heading "lock/unlock specific cell in a password protected sheet".
I am running MS Office 2011 for Mac and that Excel (ver 14.6.0) no longer seem to have the option "Allow Users to Edit Ranges".
As this may be the only way to solve my problem, I would appreciate any help from the Forum.
