You sent me an excel sheet with sample for Highlight Condition.

Is there a way to use something like
=IF($E9>=1,"under_budget","over_budget")
But instead of numbers, it would be a condition of text, and result would be color the text
Like
=IF($E9>=UAT Text is Blue, QA, Test is Green, Fail, Text is Bold RED,)
