Hi Arthur, Had a very simple query on ratings, We have those dropdowns to select the ratings , Excellent,Very Good,Good..etc..What's the significance and how to make use of it effectively as I always give a rating but do not know whether it reaches the person who has helped me or not? Can u please throw some light
