    Hi arthubr
The thread by misterstephen with title "Honesty dont know...."
    has been locked
is it appropriate if I ask the poster to correct post?

if so can this post be unlocked and the title changed
as misterstepen is a first timer and i should have asked him to change the title?

then we will both know better in the future

    regards pike

Arthur, hope I didn't offend re: giving you rep points ?
I get irritated when I see people post horrendous embedded IFs when a stepped Sumproduct approach would work far better... most of whom have seen the approach but seemingly don't understand it and don't try to ... I learnt it myself from one of Barry's solutions ... IMO the more who offer it as a solution the better ;-) ... moreover the more who bother to learn it - better still !

    Hi Arthur,
Had a very simple query on ratings, We have those dropdowns to select the ratings , Excellent,Very Good,Good..etc..What's the significance and how to make use of it effectively as I always give a rating but do not know whether it reaches the person who has helped me or not?
Can u please throw some light
