Hi Leith, I just wanted to let you know, I have g-mailed you a zip folder containing my workbook along with example folders and BOM files that the workbook uses to build data which is compiled and viewed on the "Non_completed" & "completed" sheets of the workbook. Hello BDB, After having reviewed your posts with Donkey Ote and seeing this quote... "After, my values are generated, it would be really nice to not have the formulas be left in all the cells. I only need the values." I believe the best answer is to replace all the formulae with a VBA macro. To do so would require seeing your workbook. I could write a macro to fill in the gaps, but in the long run it would be best to convert everything now. I am using Excel 2000 and 2003. I got only a partially working solution because the code received has to run a sub routine. I really needed a fix within the code I'm running. I'm hoping if you have the time you can help me resolve my problem. Either a fix for the first posted thread / a patch to give me the results I need listed in the my new continuation thread.
