Hi, Juda, a forum contributor looked over my request on http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...-is-found.html, and suggested I ask if you assist. I know this is pretty complicated. I can explain further once you look at the spread sheet. I had to prune it, so I could get it on the site. Essentially I want to break it down into a critical part. On the Summary page, print only rows with data in it between columns friday-sun-mon-tues-wed-thurs-totals, then on the days of the week tab, be able to print the entire sheet or just the day column, and print only fields with numeric values; and finally, on the Del tabs, to print entire sheets, and/or sheets by columns by day & the temp column to match up with the day, and the description column. This may not even be feasbile. Appreciate any insights you can offer. If I have to pick one over another, the production sheet and campus summary would be preferred
