Hi. I read an answer you posted and thought you might know a solution to a problem I have.

I want to be able to combined the VLOOKUP and list functions.

    For example:
    - column 1 is 'job titles'
    - column 2 is 'names'

I specify the job title, and then excel creates a drop down menu of every name that matches that title.

I hope that makes sense. I cannot figure out how to pull this off as the list functionality seems very limited.

Any thoughts? I would sure appreciate your help.

    -Scott
