Happy New Year Sir. Thanks for the help last week. I'm still having some trouble. Will you look and see if it can be fixed? I am now wondering if I can even acieve the results I am looking for. It worked great until the new month started. As you can tell I am a novice with Excel and do not understand VBA or macro. I was hoping to do it by formula. Thanks again.
