Hello , i am looking for a kind of formula or code for excel which returns the compared strings from the column cells which contains multiple strings. for more clarification see below: A B C 1 T1a T3a T8a T2a T5a T9a T10a 2 T6a T4a T1a T6a T5a T12a T14a 3 4 5 same is for rows 3 4 and 5 and so on ......now from above explanation ....A1 contains :" T1a T2a" and B1 and C1 corresponding values...... these values are separated with spaces. now we want to compare the values of cell A1 to A2 and B1 to B2 and C1 to C2 and so on ..... after comparing the values return the common values at end of the column.
