    How do I create a post?

    Does anyone know how to use Data Validation to be a specific formula? For example if a user of the spreadsheet creates a new row and Column H is a formula (and I don't want the user to change that formula in the new row they created) how do I control column H so that the formula I created is the only thing that can be entered for Cell H(#)?

    I know I can simply instruct them to copy down the formula, but that doesn't always work (people don't get it).
