Thanks for your help tonight, I managed to solve it by myself in the end which made me sooooo happy as sometimes one feels like I take more than give on the forum. I've posted how I did it and whilst it looks simple now it's written it was a real bonebreaker for me as I'm self taught and feel like I had a real eureka moment tonight!

Hi, sorry to bother you but I need your help.

Basically, I want to input information in " Player DATA " sheet only and lock the other ones. I've succeeded in doing so, everything works fine, every player's personal page are updated; points, percentage, ranking and so forth, I even made it so that even the names are linked to the Player DATA sheet so I can add, change or replace names all within one place.

The only problem is in the " Fax " page, all the information is linked, players, points and rank is calculated. What I need is for the table to sort, based on the value of column " C " in numerical order in a descending fashion, ( Highest on top and lowest at the bottom ). It does not really have to be done in real time, when I switch page would be real great.
