Hi Jean I am so sorry to bother you again. I won't bother you again after this. I have just one little question if you don't mind. I've done the 'dynamic range' and all the names now appear on the pivot table 'tick boxes'. I am really happy about that but still it hasn't updated 'refreshed' the data from my data sheet. Like I've entered activites and minutes related to a clients name and although I can now tick this client name on the 'column label' tick box, he doesn't actually appear on the pivot table.
I hope you understand what I mean and once again. I am sorry to bother you again. It is so nice to know an expert.

Hi JeanRage--I was trying to add to your rating, but I am new here and can't quite figure out how. In any case, you're a total Godsend. I think it worked! I am going to try it again before I get too happy, but in the meanwhile, thank you SO much! You're totally the best so far!
