Change the numbers to the ones I suggested and your formula will start to work. You are using inexact matches, which means the numbers represent the BEGINNING of each range. So the first one is 0, since that is where first range starts. The next range starts at .5, and the last at 1.0. Ok? PLEASE go back to your original post and explain the problem more clearly and repost your workbook in .XLS format.
