Hi Mew do you mean here at Excel Forum or my website www.thecodecade.com/forumz ? usually your ability will be obvious in the structure of your answers or solutions, thats not to say you don't have an ability , most business solutions rely on formula as that is something totally in their control, if they use vba they need someone who can support it should it fault, as for being a trainer its about temprement, knowledge and understanding of each individuals training needs as not everone lears the same way or at the same pace.
