Hi Mickg You helped me solving my problem last time . Now i have the same problem but fields order is different and i tried a lot to resolve it but couldn't resolve this problem. Many thanks for your reply.The code works well but the problem is it doesn't display coulmn headings in the result. please have a look at the attachment and let me know what I need to add in my code to display column headings.The title of the thread is " combining records together". sorry if there is any mistake in sending you message as i am a new member in excel forum.
