I've some datas : X(Concentration ppm) 20 40 60 80 100 Y (%Inhibitor) 56,94444444 68,44135802 81,01851852 85,0308642 87,65432099 when I make curve from thats datas,,, I got the function y = 7,800x + 52,41 and when i calculated thats function.. i got minus for IC50... can you help me if i'm wrong at this calculating.. thax if you don't mind.. cam you give me an answer by email..?? my email tyasekoy@yahoo.com
