umayank, going forward if you wish to provide feedback on a specific member you can do so via the Blue Scale icons which appear next to the post # (right hand side of screen in post header) ... given positive/negative feedback will add to / lessen their reputation over time (reputation being reflected in the green/red blocks you see in their profile)
