Thanks, that was exactly what I was trying to do. I can probably get the second sheet to generate the list of personnel to requal. Reason for that is so I have an instan roster to print as a handout for field tracking. Basically just a by Name, ID and new Certification date columb to update so I can continue to keep the everyone up to date.
