Dear Vaibhav, Please help me. I have 200 rainfall monitoring stations. Each station has excel file that contains field like station_No., Year, Jan, Feb.....and finally Mean. Year column records data from 1970 to 2009 for each month. Now, I want to copy only mean column from each file and paste in new file having only three columns - St. No, Year, Mean Value. Coluld you please help me. I donot know how to run macros. I will be grateful to you PK
