I need who ADD & DELETE the information (like record #, name, age, address, condition of person) by adding update button, if I click on that a separate window need to open and requesting to update the below mention information. same like that if click delete option it need to request the record once enter need to display the details of the person then if click yes delete the row. kindly update your comment who to write the script on this..
