Date Time overlap checking excel formula or macro..

Example below :

1. Error row 1 vs 2 time overlap: time off of row 1 1505 and timeon at row 2 is 1515.
2. Error row 8 date error: time off of row 7 0006 and timeon at row 8 is 600. Date must be 8 1 not 7 31.
3. Error row 4 date error: time off of row 3 253 and timeon at row 5 is 255. Date must be 7 not 8.
