    Deleted partition files

I don’t know whether it is right to ask my question here. I also want someone there to help me. In fact, last night, I accidentally deleted one of my laptop partitions and lost many stored excel, word and PPT files. I also checked the Recycle Bin and found nothing related. I was really sleepy at that time and not paid much attention to what I was doing. Do you know how to regain these files? Thank for your any idea!

    Re: Deleted partition files

OK! Have you ever used this computer hard drive since then?
Your deleted partition contents are not lost and only become inaccessible there. But, they also can be easily overwritten by anything new on the same drive or partition and gone permanently. Therefore, you’d better stop using it immediately.
Here are detailed steps for you to rescue your contents there:
1). Do not overwrite this drive or partition.
2). Scan it with data recovery software to see whether all of your wanted contents inside this drive could be restored, like Recuva, iCare Data Recovery Free and TestDisk, etc.
No matter which one you want, just act carefully.
3). Save and back up all restored data on a different drive in case of data loss.
4). Open Disk Management and click the unallocated space to re-create this deleted partition, if it is necessary.
Always back up wanted important data well all the time.

Yes, it is right to check the Recycle Bin after deleting some useful contents. But, don’t worry! Even through you have not found them there, you also have other solutions to get them back.
One of these practical solutions for you now is to try data recovery software to see whether they can be rescued.
Therefore, for your data, just select a wanted data recovery tool over the internet.
Here is some detailed information of data recovery for you:

Note: Never try to save important data on only one partition or place again.

    Deleted partition files

Yes GetDataBack worked like a charm. RecoverData for NTFS also saw the files. Only 1Gb was written to the drive after I deleted the partition, so most of the data was recoverable. By the computer gods grace, my data is HEALED.

    Thanks for the help folks
