Try Googling it, along with your version of Widows and there'll be lots of hits...

Go to control panel -> hardware and sound -> Devices and Printers -> Add a printer -> Add a local Printer -> select the "Use an existing port" radio dot and you can select the LPT1: (Printer Port) item in the drop down box. then click "Next" -> Hit Windows Update -> Wait a few minutes for it to run.
Once it loads, scroll down under Manufacture to HP and then under printers scroll down the the HP Laserjet 1320
