Lag time when connecting computer to a TV

Hi,

I am trying to improve the lag time when connecting a laptop to a TV monitor for viewing in a conference room. I have tried the following:

1. Enabled drag and drop to be on

2. disabled animation

3. changed monitor to game mode

4. removed enhancements

5. isolated keyboard and mouse

6. enabled precision pointer


Are there any other things that I can do to help the lag? When giving a presentation it can be very frustrating to have things that need to be clicked on and the pointer clicking in the wrong place and lagging when I drag and drop something. Any suggestions are appreciated!
