Hi,
In my company we have a project coordinator who has all of our bid schedules
in her calendar, and all of the project managers can see her calendar as
"shared calendar" in their outlook and we setup our bid schedules based on
this calendar.
So this calendar is being modified by her every day and its hard for us to keep track of the changes, is there any way to setup an alert system which notify us whenever she modified her calendar?

If using a sharepoint calendar is not an option, you could create them
as meeting requests and choose the option for no response necessary. To make it easier, you can make a custom form that has all of the PM's entered in
the to field and no response selected.
