Thread: Not able to create folder

Hi all,

I am not able to create a folder in outlook.Previously I have created new folders within by inbox folder. But now, I go through the beginning steps of creating the folder, and after I name it and click okay a Microsoft Office Outlook box pops up stating "unable to create the folder." I've tried various folders within my inbox, and different names, but the problem persists. Other's in the office are not having the issue and have more subfolders that I currently have...

try disabling the addins...

Go to Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Addin Manager or COMM/Addins and disable the addins that are there.

Your 2nd option is to create a new outlook profile.
