I have just noticed that my Outlook calendar is completely wiped clean of any data prior to August of this year. There was a good deal of information that I need for tax purposes and the like.
I periodically back up my Outlook by copying my entire Outlook directory, which includes my Outlook.pst file, which I presume contains all my email, address book and calendar data.
I have such a backup file that likely contains all of my lost data. How can I restore that, retrieve the lost data, then restore my current data?
Can I restore the old data (simply by copying my old pst file over the current one), then sync my calendar with my Blackberry, accepting all additions, then restore my new data, and sync with Blackberry once again?
Thanks
advice you can create another folder and acct which you can restore your backup data into that specific folder. it will exactly same as per what you have backup.
