Hi,
I wish to create forms In MS Outlook and when my clients send these forms to me they should receive an acknowledgment from my side that it has reached me. How can I create a form and what are the settings for acknowledgment.

what do you mean by form? you can create a new mail and save it as a template(.oft) if thats what you mean.
as for the other part they simply have to turn on read reciepts in their outlook
