Unhappy Having function results color coded

I have large data sets which I need to pull specific numbers from, eg. max, min, and I would ideally like to add something to the function so that it color codes the cell that it references from the function in the list as opposed to just populating it in the function cell. Any ideas?

    Hi
You can use conditional formatting with formulas applied to your lists.

Sorry just realized you're referring to Outlook not Excel.
