Auto Dismiss or Delete an Outlook Appointment if said Subject Matches

Hi, I've got a working script that will monitor Appointments and if met with a specific subject, run a macro. This works great, except I've tried many suggestions to ALSO either Dismiss or Delete them but have not been successful in any of them. I'd like for it to dismiss/delete the appt only if met with the same specific subject.

Try Item.Dismiss for the reminder.
