This subject is not related to Excel, is it?
you want to do it by excel or outlook rules?

Normally rules run on incoming messages so processing already received mail could only be done in a "Run Rules Now" situation.

Try this in the ThisOutlookSession module:

Uncomment the delete statement when ready.

Thanks for your help. your code can solve my question. but you are right. set a rule then press run it now is more simple. but can I set a button to run the rule without enable it? If it can, it is more convenience to use.
