Thread: E-mail formatting disabled

Hi,

Message format options are disabled When I go to mail format under the tools menu. Any ideas how I can enable the setting so I can switch to a HTML format?

Any suggestions????

When you click "New" to create a new email, you should have the option in the toolbar on top.

check if you can change it there.
