Problem with deleting mails

Hi,
I don't have any rules or anything, but suddenly I click on one email to
delete it, and 2 get deleted. They are not dups, or anything like that.
Also, suddenly when I click on some emails to select, they open up, and are not just selected (like if I want to read them and delete them). Also, if I select 4 or 5 emails at once, Outlook asks if I want to open them all. No, I just want to delete them.
