How can I save mail locally

    Hi all,

When people try to send me mail they get a failure delivery message saying that my mailbox is full. I deleted all my emails from my folder.

Would saving my mail or having my mail be automatically saved locally
resolve this issue? If so, can someone guide me through the process of saving my mail locally.

    Thanks!

    Yes it would.

Make sure you delete emails in the trash because those count towards your space quota.

Create a personal folder in archives and drag and drop email you want to archive. on the left you see "Archive Folders" or Personal Folders". Just right click and create a folder there. Drag and drop emails you want to want to store there. Emails there will not be counted towards your quota. they will be stored on your hard drive.

Also, this really doesnt fall under programming : ). Should be posted elsewhere.
