Sorry if someone had already asked this question.
I need some help regarding outlook functions. My situation is that, I have to reply for different queries, but for most of them i had to repeat the "subject" and "body text" again and again with few changes.
What I need is any VBA or function like "auto text" which automatically fills the "subject" and body text. So that, i may make some changes and send it without losing time in writing subject and body text.

I do not know of any "Auto Fills" like you talk about. But depending on exactly what you want we could do a little macro with VBA.
When i do a reply my subject is already there. So could you give an example of how you would like this to work.
