I was wondering if it is possible to write a macro that will copy all the contacts from an other contacts folder to a Customer Folder. This is a macro I am wanting to run about once a month on several machines, so I don't want to have to do it by hand.
When doing this I would also like it to delete all of the contacts in the Customer folder, then copy the contacts over.

I see that nobody has picked up your thread. may I suggest you have a little look around with google for some starting code. Then once you have a specific question about that code I think I would be able to help.
That is the problem. I can do some of this stuff in Excel, but I have no idea what to do in Outlook, because it is straight programming in VBA.
