Here is the problem:
The exchange account has limit space, and emails need to be backed up and in a readily available and searchable place. Currently we are using PST files to move the messages (and attachments) from the server to another location. However, due to connectivity issues, PST files are not a sustainable solution, and so we are looking for another method.
I am interested in finding out if anyone can suggest a manner of solving this problem. For instance, having a macro that auto-dumps messages from a Outlook folder into a local or network folder.
I am not opposed to learning how to program Outlook myself, as I do have some VB background, but I would like to know what is possible before I start.
