Hi all,
Would someone tell me if its possible to highlight an newly-received email red if the size is over a certain KB. I would like to implement this for my users so they can see which emails are forcing their mailbox size up and allow them to make a decision whether its work keeping or not. I know you can add the size column but these people have no idea (and refuse to learn) what the size limits mean and if it is a 'big' email or not.

Use the "outlook rules wizard" to create a rule for "emails" "as they arrive".
You can set the size range of the emails and then apply any action (flag, catagorize, move to folder etc) as part fo the rule.
2+2=5 for extremely large values of 2.
Why did I not think there would be a rule for that!
