Adding a new Theme using VBA

Hi guys ,

I am trying to find the solution for Adding a new Theme to my Power point which i open at Run time to push the data from excel.

i have a macro in Excel, it push the data to PPt slides as a Bitmap. my code works fine...!

But Now i want to apply a new theme, i have my customized theme in ".thmx" format. when i open the same using VBA using Applytheme method.. i am getting a msgbox saying "Power point stoped working". then i have no other option then close and get recovery.

when i try a simple macro in ppt also i am getting the same error... my sample ppt code is
