Is the ";" supposed to be at the end of the file name? I only ask because I have not seen that before in a file name.

Well I removed ";" sign at the end of filename and its working. But Why it displays a window to select table name and database from it??

I'm not sure about that. The file extension .mdb is a data base file, maybe it has something to do with that.
