Hyperlink 2013 crashes in 2010

Hello,

My excel spreadsheet is made in excel2013.
In this sheet is about 60 tabs of data.
Each sheet is not bigger then 6Kb.
Every page has an hyperlink for next page/previous page and index.
At the index page there is a smartart form with hyperlinks to tabs starting this line of products.
In my sheet everything works fine.
When i mail it to a collegue or put it in a networkfolder and is opened in excel 2010 the
sheet crashes when a hyperlink is clicked on.

Already searched the internet en asked at another forum.
HP printer is not an issue as suggested elsewhere.
Also format of xlsb or xlsm has no effect.

Have you tried creating a SmartArt in 2010 and assign hyperlink to it and check whether its working in 2013? Just create one sample hyperlink for testing and see what happens

Yes i tried that already.
But when created in 2010 en saved in 2010 then re-open
it even crashes. So its not 2013 but its only in 2010.

I think it is Excel 2013 xml problem

The problem seems to be on 2010 machines.
There was a argument to remove an HP printer and another was to exclude all addins.
But already done that.
Also looked for windows update en KB problems.
Re-install could be an option, but it happend at 3 colleagues already.
