Conditional format between first and last non-blank cells

i need toi conditionally format cells that are between first non-blank and last non-blank in column wise...
can anyone help me...?

Hi, I'm trying to modify the code to work for data in rows instead of columns.
ie. highlight empty rows between S15 and AJ15 (taking into consideration that I might insert rows in between)
