How to turn fractions (with decimals) into percentages?

Hi, I was wondering how I could convert fractions into percentages.

I've tried ctrl + 1 and clicking most options but they just won't covert to numbers or percentages. Perhaps excel is not capable of things? I thought I'd ask before I tried further. Thanks for any help you can give me!

If data starts at K2 try using this formula in L2

=LEFT(K2,FIND("/",K2)-1)/REPLACE(K2,1,FIND("/",K2),"")

Format as % and copy formula down column
